After more than 25 years as a high school counselor in Parsippany, New Jersey, I recently retired from public education to focus on the part of my career I loved most—working one-on-one with students and guiding them through the college admissions process. Throughout my career, I've helped hundreds of students navigate every step of their college journey and am passionate about helping students find colleges where they'll thrive.
I believe every student deserves personalized guidance and encouragement during this exciting time. That's why I take a hands-on, individualized approach, helping students find colleges where they feel confident, supported, and excited about what comes next. From exploring college options to crafting applications and essays, I work closely with students and families every step of the way.

Choosing a college counselor is an important decision, and parents want to know their child is in experienced, caring hands. With more than two decades working with high school students, I understand both the academic and emotional sides of the college admissions process. As a parent, I've been through it four times with my own kids and understand just how stressful it can be.
I have a calm, organized, and student-centered approach. I take the time to truly get to know each student to best help them identify colleges that are a strong fit—not just academically, but socially and personally as well. I work to anticipate challenges, keep students on track, and reduce stress for families along the way. Most of all I value clear communication, honest guidance, and collaboration with families, while always encouraging students to take ownership of their journey.
Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of my work. Student information is never shared without explicit permission. My goal is to simplify a complex process, reduce stress for students and families, and help each student move forward with confidence and clarity.
